"Came here with my family. The staff were friendly and helpful to guide us on how much food to order based on our appetite. Chili was their own house blend, has a great kick to it. Pairs wonderfully with the meats offered. The soup bases were very flavorful and my kids absolutely loved it. The staff were also prompt to top up the soup once the section was low. Best part is they don't top up a standard soup base like other hot pot places, they top up the same soup that's in the pot. Will definitely return if I'm in the vicinity."

We recently had an early birthday celebration here, and the experience was top-notch, as always. ​We always start with the broth, and the Tom Yum and Mala split is perfectly balanced—the Tom Yum is tangy, and the Mala has that great, authentic kick. You can really tell they use 100% Premium Broths. And seriously, do not skip the sides! The FRESH Fried Wonders (like the Crispy Fish Head and Water Chestnut Dumplings) are a must-try. ​For celebrations, their FREE Meat Slices Cake (肉盆蛋糕) is the best surprise. "Had a really enjoyable meal at 好一家海鲜火锅餐厅 Good Family Bukit Indah. Tried both the fish broth and tomato soup base and both were very good, comforting and full of flavour without being overpowering. The ingredients tasted fresh and went perfectly with the soups. The menu is quite extensive with plenty of choices. I especially liked the noodle made from fish ball, very unique with a nice bite and it paired really well with the broth. The condiments station was well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. Special mention to the fried shallots, very fragrant and added a great boost of flavour to the dipping sauces. Overall a satisfying hotpot experience and I would happily come back again."
